Our standard inspection for residential homes involves a comprehensive assessment of the property’s visible and readily accessible features. We will review the detailed report with you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A detailed inspection report is sent out the same day of the inspection so that you can proceed with the next step in the home-buying process as quickly as possible.

Walk-Through Inspections

Home inspection checklist

A typical home inspection will take approximately three hours and will provide you with as much information as possible about your potential new home or commercial property.

Our home inspection experts take your investment through a digital 400 point home inspection plan (with pictures) that will minimize your risk and provide you with ALL of the facts regarding the physical conditions of your future home or commercial property so that an informed investment decision can be made – without undue stress, costly repairs, or delays.

Home Maintenance Inspections

Home maintenance inspections are available as a one-time service, or can be performed as a routine option. These inspections ensure that all of your home’s systems are continuously performing as they should.

Property Listing Inspections

Pre-Listing Inspections are great for homeowners who aren’t totally familiar with the current condition of their property. A sale can potentially be cancelled due to the buyer’s shock at the condition of the home. The home may look good, yet experience serious technical, safety, or functional issues without anyone’s knowledge. Having the home inspected prior to placing it up for sale is the ideal way to identify and repair or disclose the issues found in the inspection reports. Disclosing items of concern up front and pricing the home based on these items will often times produce a higher net sales price for the owner.

Pool/Spa Inspections

Pools and spas can come with some major hidden expenses. Pools are expensive to maintain and can be even more expensive to repair. This is why regular pool and spa inspections are so important for you and your property. We inspect the structure of your pool and spa, as well as your equipment, such as; heaters, pumps, filter, and motor.
